A single SMS segment holds up to 160 plain GSM-7 characters, or 70 Unicode characters with emoji or other special characters. Longer messages typically use 153 or 67 units per segment; some symbols and emoji use multiple units.
A prepaid usage balance
Top up $10 / $25 / $50 after your subscription is paid. Calls, texts and AI Assistant usage draw from the same balance.
Optional automatic top-up
Authorize a $10 top-up when your balance reaches $5. Manage consent and payment details in your workspace.
The $5 service reserve
Outgoing calls and texts pause at $5 or less. Add credit above $5 to resume service with a paid subscription. Delayed usage may still draw from the reserve.
